As I explained to John when he left the same message on my blog, the institute he mentions plays the role of the official registrar for the .ro domain, and ROTLD comes from Romanian Top Level Domain. So rotld.ro is actually the website of the registrar. @ Romerican, @ John USA: it’s not ‘an’ official site, it’s ‘the’ official site of the Romanian presidency.
