I just would worry about standing on any of the floors... ;-) How many people are in the surrounding 5 km, though? Nearest big city? Maybe it should be a bed & breakfast instead.... I gather most readers can't determine if I'm being sarcastic. And, if so, about what? Fact is, I'm serious. I think this could make a really wild club. The location is unique.
