While I am currently elsewhere, you are correct: the photo was taken in Maramures.

Fear not, Xamox; like MacArthur, I shall return! (Hopefully, a few years won’t have to pass first.) Couldn’t find you on Freenode the one or two times I tried. And your posts are older than mine. =P
Ada! Ada! Ada! You know you dance across the thoughtscape from time to time. I believe I owe you an email. I need to get updates on the novel, the Great 2nd Project, and lewd tales involving raspberry jam.

This photo is perfect for a travel poster: “Visit Romania!” I think when tourists see this they will want to visit the lovely young lady in the beautiful country.

Dear Romerican
I am researching pictures for inclusion in a contemporary bi-monthly Art magazine in the UK.
I would like to know if we can publish your pictures of Brancusi’s Endless Column. We would need a digital jpeg file of 300 dpi at 120 mm wide.
If you are interested in submitting material for the magazine can you contact me via email please? Our deadline to receive the material is Friday 7th March 2008.
Many thanks
Amanda
