This one of the few, rare Romanian companies who have a similar name to a US company but didn't just steal it. In other cases, unscrupulous Romanian companies will blatantly steal the name and, not content with so little, will press onward to also swipe the logo. And then act like it's all okay! Surely, those American companies will never make it over to little ol' Romania and enforce their trademarks! Heh. The reckoning will come someday. I'd advise those companies (and you know who you are) to change names/logos now, well in advance of legal repercussions you are unlikely to be able to afford.
