Geez, you really hate Scripcaru!!! Otherwise you wouldn’t have made so many efforts to show people how incompetent he is.
Unfortunately for the citizens of Brasov, he doesn’t make any efforts whatsoever. Incompetence is his natural state of mind.
By the way, who wrote the texts? Funny as hell (and so true)…

The water is *still* off beyond the time when they claimed it would be back on. Now, the water company Compania Apa Brasov is saying they have broken some of the pipes they were previously working on and it could be another 24 or 48 hours without water for 17 kilometers around Brasov.
Scripcaru does nothing.
Wanna come for a visit? Bring me some water, please. It’s becoming as valuable as gold around here.

Hehehe. Whatever happened to Ioan Ghise (former PD mayor in Brasov, daca nu ma insel), anyway? I lost track of him.

Well, at least Ioan Ghise had some kind of background as a professor of mathematics (compared to Scripcaru who has nothing other than a P.E. degree and doesn’t look to be in the greatest of shape). From what I can see Ghise is a PNL member of parliament. Not that he’s making headlines or anything.

Oare “desteptul” care a postat porcariile astea crede ca s-ar descurca mai bine in postura de primar??? Nu-l cunosc pe Scripcaru si nu-i tin partea dar vin dintr-un oras cu un primar intr-adevar incompetent si stiu ca se poate mult mai rau decat in Brasov. Scripcaru macar face ceva si rezultatele se vad. Cretini care sa comenteze se vor gasi insa mereu. Umor de prost gust si rasuflat. Chestii de genul asta cred ca fac si scolarii in clasa a II-a.
Patetic!

Ovidiu, daca tu esti atat de “inteligent,” de ce nu postezi in engleza? ma rog, ca nu stii engleza e una dar asa pare ca tu comentezi de unul singur si nimeni nu-ti da atentie. in plus, nu inteleg de ce o iei asa personal toata treaba asta si folosesti critici de genul asta care aduc a ofensare. ce nu poti sa spui frumos ca nu iti place, trebuie sa pui tu stampila imediat, ca e asa si pe dincolo? in fine, daca zici tu nu inseamna ca e si adevarat. se vede din comentariul tau pana unde te duc limitele.

SITUATIE DE CRIZA LA BRASOV!
La Brasov situatia a devenit plina de paradoxuri.Orasul din inima Transilvaniei a ajuns sa fie condus de un primar semianalfabet,George Scripcaru
Cu studii terminate la o facultate la care nu a fost nici o ora, a obtinut o diploma de absolvire, de Educatie Fizica si Sport, de unde bancul ca primarul are trei licente, de Educatie, de Fizica si de Sport.
In fata lui,sefii de servicii de la Primarie si-au dat demisiile in alb, o metoda ingenioasa de santaj, probabil preluata de la un sef mai mare.
Imediat ce s-a vazut in post a trecut la rafuieli, fie cu marunti comercianti,fie cu adversari politici.Fire ranchiunosa, razbunatoare,are o reputatie buna in Brasov, datorita manipularii de catre presa brasoveana a populatiei din oras.
Dar,vai, ziarele de Bucuresti au inceput sa dezvaluie faptele penale pe care primarul a inceput sa le comita.
Si e numai inceputul.

Draga Laura,
spune-mi si mie ce legatura are inteligenta cu engleza?
Cum adica nimeni nu-mi da atentie? Tu esti chiar nimeni?
Normal ca nu am primit nici un raspuns de la cel care a postat chestiile astea pentru ca ori s-a simtit ofensat ori nu-l tine sa discute putin in contradictoriu. Sau pe forumul asta trebuie aduse obligatoriu laude pentru toate prostiile numai pentru ca cel care le-a debitat nu e din Romania? Cred ca limbajul pe care-l folosesc este suficient de bland, poate chiar prea bland. Si daca tot te-am deranjat explica-mi expresia “te duc limitele” ca nu o pricep iar de obicei se spune “pui eticheta” nu “pui stampila”.
Acum vrei sa traduc toate astea in engleza si pentru cei inteligenti?

Land scams in Braşov
Both central media (e.g. Adevărul, more than once, Curierul Naţional or Evenimentul Zilei) and local publications described the mechanism that enabled Israeli businessman Maori Zinger to take possession of an enviable estate. Last year he made it into the Top 300 worked out by Capital magazine, with wealth put at over EUR 200 million.
Zingers debut is reported in 2002, with General Matei (involved in a bribery affair whose central character was Mafia-tied Ricardo Orlandino) as his adviser. Maori Zinger covertly financed a local daily, although on Trade Registry papers the investor was the wife of the so-called General Matei, who had been arrested over the Orlandino affair. The collapse of Romradiatoare, whose shareholder structure included Mircea Lucescu, gave Zinger an opportunity to expand operations. Through a company named Tivina SRL, he took part in the bid organised by the Directorate for Public Finances. Although Romradiatoare SA had applied for a debt spread scheme under Ordinance no. 26, it lost the land to SC Tivina SRL. Coach Lucescu came out defeated, after having invested EUR 300,000 in Romradiatoare. Another dodgy deal: under a resolution issued by local authorities, Zinger gets a lease on a plot of land in Bartolomeu neighbourhood, via Tivina SRL. A quite profitable deal, since the land was leased for an annual USD 0.5 / square metre.
All the transactions that followed the lease agreement involve people tied to the incumbent Braşov Mayor: wife, sister-in-law, campaign sponsors. Worth mentioning is that Scripcaru, in his capacity as local councillor, deputy mayor and then mayor, signed many of these documents. Both on behalf of the administration, and of the lessee.
Successive sale-purchase contracts between the lessee and sub-lessees were then concluded in notary public offices, to contract out the municipalitys land. The coveted plot is located at the Braşov city exit towards Bran, an area with substantial commercial potential. The plot is spice up today with a mall and a cinema multiplex. According to our data, DEPCOM, the company owned by the Mayors wife, paid DIP&GIP about ROL 1.5 billion and cashed from Atlanta House over ROL 80 billion, within a year … Profits exceed EUR 2 million.

Imaginea este semnificativa pentru atitudinea lui George Scripcaru fata de cei care au vrut sa investeasca in Brasov si nu au reusit.Sa ne amintim ca ,de luni.26 februarie 2007,in Brasov,se anunta mari proteste sindicale,fata de falimentul uzinelor Tractorul si Rulmentul.Probabil ca tot asa i-a primit Scripcaru si pe cei care au vrut sa investeasca in cele doua uzine.De fapt atitudinea dumnealui este binecunoscuta:asteapta ca uzinele sa moara si apoi,sa puna mana pe terenurile celor doua unitati economice,candva reprezentative pentru industria tarii.

Camera Deputatilor,20 februarie 2007,Cristian Silviu Busoi,deputat PNL, prezinta Cazul “RIAL Brasov” unde,dupa opinia domniei sale,principalul vinovat ar fi Primarul Brasovului,George Scripcaru, “care din 1998 şi până azi, în 2007, este mereu prezent în Primaria Braşov. Dacă ca membru în Consililul Local Braşov în 1998 ar putea pretinde că nu ştia ce votează, a putut afla ulterior de la nenumăraţii petenţi că la mijloc este o mare ilegalitate şi ca viceprimar iar apoi ca primar să readucă lucrurile la normal înlăturând ilegalităţile.”
In final se face un apel la institutiile statului sa se autosesizeze.
