Well, the dogs story in Romania is quite long. Long story short: when someone wanted to put the dogs to sleep, there were a lot of pro-animals NGOs that were screaming NOOOOOO. One huge example is Brigitte Bardot that visited Romania a while ago, begging the mayor of Bucharest not to put the dogs to sleep.
I sure hope that the murder of the japanese bussiness-man will have an effect on the people that asked for the dogs not to be put away.
And if you ask me, that dog should be put to sleep ASAP. I am telling you that because I've been practically hunted by two such dogs in the center of Bucharest in the middle of the night. And believe me, I don't know if I would've made it that night if it wasn't for someone around there to help me.
I won't say anything about the people that asked for Boschito to live. Not now, not here. It's a phenomena I don't quite get.

In another post's comments, I rambled on about my insane plan to round up the dogs using a Trabant... only to harness them in sled gear on a wheel based generator... to avoid the Electrica madness.

Heh.

Yep, that canine needs to take a quick little trip to Doggie Heaven where he can water 72 untouched hydrants.

Sorry. It's early. That's my excuse for leaving such a typo heavy comment. I hope it manages to get its message across.
