Tocaniţa update: Serb enhancement
Thanks to the mysterious American in Belgrade, whom I probably found via Expat Anchor, I’ve managed to make my own addition to the Tocaniţa recipe which is none other than celery root.
Mmmm…. just chop about half or a third of that puppy into little cubes and toss it right in with the other veggies. The way I figure: it’s gotta add different vitamins to the mix and it doesn’t taste half bad. Giddyap.
